Does anyone have any info regarding the proportions of muscle on one's body? I.E. Upper arms are 1.5 times the size of forearms or something. Or your quads should be X times bigger than your calves. I think I recall reading something about this in some newsstand mag, so that kinda piqued my interest. Any links or general guidelines? Ultimately, I'll be happy with my body when I look in the mirror and am pleased, not if I fit some mold...just curious.
