i was wondering what u guys think about full-body work outs 3 times a week..
i used to have this routine:
T] Bicep, Shoulder, Forearms
Sun]Bicep, Shoulder Forearms
But im starting to do full body workouts like this
What u think is better? I switched to this so that i can do my chest and biceps more...also i was wondering what u guys feel about running? Do u think it is ok to run on the same day u lift? If so, do u think before u lift or after? Also if i wanted to really really seriously build muscle should i just not run at all and allow my body to solely work on building?
