Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
I've read that you should try to keep you shoulders behind the bar when you're setting up to do deads. I can do it when I'm doing conventional but not sumo. How important is shoulder position?
