Hey hows it going.
I am just trying to work out a bodybuilding plan what would suit me.
I am currently in the process of working on a huge protein intake diet to build muscle mass but i need a great step by step building muscle mass guide.
I have searched the net, forums, books etc but get confused.
My main goal is to look like Arnie,Van Damme, Tito Ortiz in size or around there. Im 5ft 11 - 154 pounds and not healthy.
I am working on a diet plan so thats getting there now i need you's to help me.
Main areas i like are, huge chest, abs, arms,trapezius thats what i like on those people i mentioned but i wanto also work other areas.
Can you please help me.

Try looking for your last thread and see the replies, you might have missed some good info.
Try not to set yourself goals of looking like Vandamme/arnie just yet, try setting goals such as" To gain 5lbs of muscle and 5lbs of fat in 3 months and add 50lbs to my squat" or something along those lines.
