Hey guys, I'm about to start WBB Routine #2, and I have what may be a stupid question:
the "2x9-11", does it mean 2x 9 TO 11 reps, or does it mean 9 reps the first set, 11 reps the second? I would think the former, but I've been wrong before...
Yep, it's the former. If you can get two sets of 11 reps with a particular weight, up the weights.
what about 300x5 ? does that mean 300 pounds and you do it 5 times?
