Hi all..I am a rank newbie, and havent lifted weights in more than 12 years. My goals are to get much bigger and lose fat.

a little about me:

33 YO male
6'4" tall, 320 Pounds

I have a home gym..it isnt super equipped, but have Olympic barbell set, curl bar and nice incline bench...

I also have a Cardio Glide I will use to burn fat and calories...

How should I approach WBB#1?
