    Cardiovascular

    Hey PPL

    I just need a hand a lil I need bulking up for some time now and now i hit my goals but i got stuck with this body fat. I had like 12% body fat before I started going to the gym and working out. Now I got like 16% now I need to get rid of it. When should i do Cardiovascular? After my work out in the gym? how many times? and recovery. thanks

    230 pounds

    Bench: 300 pounds...power lift it once
    Squat:400 pounds...power lift
    curle:90 pounds...power lift 3reps one hand
