Can this be right?
Hi, I've been working out on and off for a few years. This past year I just really let myself go, but I vowed to get back into it this year. I started Jan 1 at 148 lbs at 28% bodyfat. I've been dieting on approximatley 1500 calories and doing cardio 4 x a week for 20-25 minutes and started back weight training.
I took another bodyfat test this morning and it read 25% while my weight is 149.
Is it possible to lose 3 lbs of fat in exchange for muscle in just 9 days?
It is if you dont have a very accurate bf tester.
