    Biceps...

    What are 2 exercises I should use to build a full biceps? I'm thinking 2 sets of each exercise.

    Try 2 sets of dumbbell/barbell curls and either 2 sets of incline curls as they totally isolate the biceps or 21s

    I'm partial to db's and hammer curls

    currently hit em up with 2 sets db, 2 sets hammer, fry em with a one final set to 10 cable curls from kneeling position...aaaaaaaaaaalright

    Dont do 21's workout after workout because it will not be helpfull at all! I do them once every month!
