Its around my mid section. Will it go back to the way it was before i gained weight, or will it sit there?
How long will it take to go back to normal?

I'm willing to bet its just stubborn fat, not skin.
I have the same problem and it's not fat because I can stretch it like 3 or four inches...Originally Posted by Jasonl
Depends on how much weight you lost. There are things you can do to help your skin snap back. Don't smoke, smoking will drastically inhibit the proccess. Drink lots of water, more than average. Regular excersise. And a healthy diet. Give it up to a year. Its a slow procccess.
There is also surgery. I lost over 150 lbs about 2 years ago, and my skin will not ever come back in without surgery.

also consider the elasticity of your skin is determined largely by the quality of the fats you take in
up your intake of flax
Anyone tried this cream called thiomucase?
I will probably give it a shot and apply some on my face and abs. Its only 8 bucks.
I think that is going to happen to me because im 270 lbs of mostly fat but i would like to turn most of it into muscle and be like 250lbs of muscle with like 15% bf would be ideal for me
just eat it bro, should be good protein, help ya gain some lean ass muscle..nah im playin uhh i would have to say normal excercise and all and a healthy diet will help..LT

Well, you won't be turning any fat into muscle. That's not how it works. I applaud your goal of wanting to be 250 lbs @15% BF. However, be realistic about what it takes to get there.Originally Posted by Kaotiksoul6sic6
