    too much carbs????

    is there a such thing as taking in too many carbs???
    im not on a diet or anything.... im actually trying to gain weight.....
    are there any negatives to taking in alot of carbs???

    the only concern as prof mentioned is excess cals

    when you are trying to gain weight you wan't to gain slowly and consistently like .5 - 1lb / week
