    What's the latest on walking vs running (or even vs weight training) for heart health

    Anyone know any studies?

    Have they revised their target heart rate suggestions for a healthy heart?

    As far as I know it's still 60-90% of max heart rate. I don't think the method by which you get there is as important as keeping your heartrate in the range for the appropriate amount of time.
