    common question about calories

    i know this is asked once a week by people on here but hey, i gotta know

    what would be the required calorie intake for me im 17 and about 198 pounds, 6"2 and i wanna put on some kilos to work with...

    I'd guess somewhere around 4000. But you just have to figure out how much you eat now. And than add a couple hundred to that. And keep adding slowly and you will start gaining weight.
