The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Hello

    Hello there,

Im Craig and I live in New Zealand.

Also have the pleasure of being a newbie and will probably ask some really dumb questions given time.

Currently Im loosing fat that has accumulated over more years and meat pies than i care to remember, Im using a LC diet and a lot of aerobic exercise and so far its working well.

Every second day I do moderate weight training to hopefully keep some strength.

Once I hit my goal weight should I include more good carbs less aerobics and more weights?

    Cheers Craig
