    Hello

    Hello there,

    I知 Craig and I live in New Zealand.

    Also have the pleasure of being a newbie and will probably ask some really dumb questions given time.

    Currently I知 loosing fat that has accumulated over more years and meat pies than i care to remember, I知 using a LC diet and a lot of aerobic exercise and so far its working well.

    Every second day I do moderate weight training to hopefully keep some strength.

    Once I hit my goal weight should I include more good carbs less aerobics and more weights?

    just get lots of protein and keep weight training. check out the diet/nutrition forum for specifics on what you should eat and how much. loads of info there.
