The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Dumbell rows

Anyone ever tried doing dumbell rows using the same form as a barbell row? basically you have a DB in each hand, bend like you would with a bar and row with a simultaneous motion? They work great, if you've not tried it, give it a go, guaranteed to add some serious depth to your back.
    Let me get this straight...
You get play from the girl of your dreams
PR Shoulder Press using the 3 digit dumbells
Hit up some fun with the guys
    Then get more play
(all in one afternoon/evening I might add.. S)

Yes. Sometimes for variety I will twist the dumbbells to the palms facing postion or twist the dumbbells 180 degrees to the underhand position.

you do have to go lighter for them tha you would with a bar. Like if you cna do rown at 275 or 315 with a bar, you'll probbaly only be doing 100lb dumbells and still be able to keep good form.
