Natural PB oil
Ok, I know that there is supposed to be oil on top of the peanut butter in a jar of natural peanut butter (which I find to be far tastier than 'regular' peanut butter, anyway). I know that nat. pb can be used as a source of healthy fats in one's diet. I get enough healthy fats from other sources in my diet, and I find that one serving of natty pb has too many calories to fit into my (cutting) diet. What would be the general effect if, before mixing the oil with the rest of the stuff, if I poured off about half of the oil (aside from making it a lot harder to mix and spread)? It would also probably be a lot drier, but I can zap it in the microwave for a bit to make spreading easier. Thanks everyone
I think it would be pretty difficult to judge the nutritional content.
Have half a serving?
