Well, I am 6'1 and 202lbs. I'm not to sure of my body fat, but I want to be as lean as possible while not getting below 195-192lbs. When I cut, will i lose a lot of mass and will my strength decrease? Do I still stick with my work out routine, or do something else? Also, what's the best diet and how many times a week do you do cardio? I have never cut before so any advise would be great. Sorry so many questions, but I need to look good for spring break! Thanks
