    New guy needs a hand

    Hello,

    Here are my current stats

    Male, 26
    5'11
    160lbs

    I want to gain 20 pounds between now and July. I need help coming up with a meal plan that will help me achieve my goals. I currently have the following supplements in the house -> Creatine, Whey and L-Glutimine.

    I could sit here and type for hours to answer that.

    Take a look at other people's journals, and see what they're eating and what excercises they're doing.

    20lbs by july is a very realistic goal though. Good luck

    Ok, I will look into that. I am fairly new to this so I have to do some more research on the forums. I read a lot of talk about calories per day but I am not sure how to figure out how much calories are in foods I eat
