    Off Days

    Today i start the routine #1 listed in the workout section but i have one question. on days 2,4,6,7 they list as off. Now since i am overweight would it be allright to do cardio or a step aerobic programs on these days? or do i need them off for the body to recover?

    Yeah it would be okay, just don't go too overboard. Ease into it and add it in incriments. Cardio stresses your CNS as well as weight training.
