    Dead Lidfts and Squats!

    Nearly 9 out of 10 people have recommended squats and dead lifts to me. As i am new to the weightlifting world could the experienced people kindly advice me as to how to perform deadlifts and squats. Thanks

    See if you can find someone in your gym to train you.

    If not go here:
    Squats work better than supplements.
