In another 2 or 3 weeks - I'll be ending my cut and starting a bulk. Is there a proper way to transition to eating more. Should I eat regular for a week before I start eating like a madman? How long does it take before my lifts start increasing (assuming I lift hard 3 to 5 times a week) and eat enough? Will it happen right away - 1 week - 2 weeks???
