New Routine (needed)
Been doing the same style of workouts for the last two-three years or so, with the exception of trying out HST and Westside. Now, I'm getting a little tired of the typical push/pull/legs or the legs/back & tri/chest & bi splits that I've been using.
That said, any suggests on how else to design a split, or even some new exercises to include in a split so I have something different to liven life up again? Don't get me wrong, I enjoy doing the same exercises and going up in weight on them, but same time wearing down on it. Ideas? Oh, and goals would be both strength and size. Despite doing both HST and Westside, I don't like one without the other.
Or should I just forget about routine for a month or so, go in there and lift?
