Midnight snacking :(
For the past couple of weeks now I have gradually trying to change my diet, i.e drinking more water, eating more protein, less simple carbs. However in the past couple of weeks I have been having a problem with midnight snacking. Granted, whenever I do go for a midnight snack its somewhat healthy like a bowl of cereal or some nuts but Im worried that I might be subconciously(sp) sabotaging my diet. Can anyone give any advice on how to get rid of the 'midnight munchies'?
