    bench press tip

Here is a little benchpress tip.

If you like your sets few and hard try this warm-up.

Instead of warming up with just the barx3, or putting on 20kgs at the last set, try to warm up with 3sets of 50kg.
I broke my personal rec with 3ekstra reps, and went up 5kgs.
A big thanks to all my friends in the USA, I am deeply grateful for your hospitality and kindness.

Of course he does, such as:

Yes, it's true. The force of gravity will cause the muscle I gain when working out my upper body to slowly move into my quads, hams, and even my glutes.

    BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!

    Classic!
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

LMAO...it's good to see you back and in top form, Cack

    BTW, how's Q-tip?

I could give all to Time except - except
What I myself have held. But why declare
The things forbidden that while the Customs slept
I have crossed to Safety with? For I am There,
And what I would not part with I have kept.
