Yeah it's true i have started to grow insted of just burn my fat away but the thing is i seem to be adding a bit of chunk in the process.
I know this is normal for people who are bulking however im trying to keep added bodyfat to a minimal so would it be ok to add cardio once a week ? I mean it is nearly summer...
Any comments suggestions please ...
like you said you are bound to gain some unwanted bodyfat. but mabey you are eatting to many calories try slighty droping your calorie intake. its best to aim to gain about a pound a week
Hell yeah. Add some cardio. My feeling is most people should be doing some cardio anyway. How much fun is it to look good if you can't swim, play volleyball, or even toss the football without getting tired? Besides, it's great for losing the gut.Originally Posted by Kirman

I run twice a week for 15 minutes on Tusdays and Wednesdays. And, I'm trying to bulk. Is this bad? I thought this was okay.
