How much % of fat should be in my diet

I am 5'10 165 and I am basically on a bulk. I plan on putting on at least 10 pounds by mid-april. I have a flat stomach and plan on keeping it, but i'm also going to be eating a lot. I have 3000+ calories per how much fat should I be eating per day so that i'm not getting too much but not getting too little?
