Can anyone give me an excellent list of foods that are good for bulking. I want to eat healthy and gain nice muscle mass. I have great genetics, and already have a very good build. I just want to push myself to the maximum. So I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. If possible leave me a good routine. Like when to eat the list of foods.
Eggwhites/Protein Shake for breakfast etc...

Yeah, like andy51 is saying. Those are some of the essential foods to building mass. I am also consuming a LOT of egg whites everyday. About 20 to be exact.

Eat you veggies and fruits, tuna, protein shakes, lean meat, whole wheat bread or bagels, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, cottage chesse, oats.
