    Sore Two days later?

Is it normal not to be sore on the body part that you worked on the day you lifted but to become sore two days later?

DOMS has become something I hardly give a second thought. I'm so used to it at this point I'd feel weird without it.

I stay sore for up to 72 hours later after a good session. No big deal and like others said. Without it I feel a loss and incomplete
