    too much confusion

    I am getting back into training. Really want to start with natural bodybuilding routines. I get confused as to how many days week train each body part. ie. 3days on 1 off , 4 on/ 1 off. 1 part per day train 5 days 2 off. I don'[t want to over/under train. Any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
