    Whats your favorite (healthy)snack and meal?

    for right now i would have to say my favortie snack is favorite meal would have to be healty choice
    chicken dinner with broccolli..speaking of that i need to buy some more of those dinners!

    for a snack, i like peanut butter, milk, and cottage cheese. For a dinner food, I LOVE cinnamon chicken. It's good stuff. Just take chicken breasts, and put cinnamon on before you bake it. Good stuff. Make sure to pound the chicken, so it bakes evenly, then spray the chicken with Pam, then follow with the cinnamon. I bake it on 400 degrees for 30 min.

    Peanut butter sandwiches are my favorite snack. Also cottage cheese and apple sauce.

    For a meal, anything that has to do with chicken. I eat at least 10 chicken meals a week and never get tired of it.

    snack would have to be yogurt

    MEAL: Grilled chicken breast on a salad w/ Newmans Own olive Oil & Vinegar dressing

    SNACK: Hardboiled eggs are ace
