Should I do cardio when cutting .... and if yes .. how much/lenght times etc should I do it
I try to do as little cardio as possible. When cutting its all about decreasing the calories you are eating until you are losing weight. If I feel that I need to eat more or I need to burn more calories, then I'll add cardio to compensate for the extra calories I eat. Cardio should be added when you aren't losing weight and don't want to continue cutting calories from food. When you do add cardio, it should just be enough to help you continue to lose weight. From that stand point, only you know how much cardio you should be doing.
