Clean eating as opposed to...?
I was wondering about "clean eating," and had some questions. I realize that putting hamburger after hamburger into your system isn't good for your arteries and such, but if I'm exercising about 3hrs. a day, is there anything wrong with getting calories and such from "dirty eating." I mean I play full court basketball about 40min a day, play tennis for about 2hrs a day, and then go to the gym and run and bike for about 40min a day. I eat fruits and vegetables and try and stay away from junk during the day, but I usually end up eating out somewhere for dinner. I usually try and stay with some kind of chicken for dinner, even though it usually ends up being fast food. So I guess my question is, with all the physical activity I have in my day, is not eating clean the entire day, hurting me that much?
