    Increasing Appetite

    Is there a suppliment or food that would increase my appetite. I'm never hungery and I really don't like to eat. I have to really force myself to eat and drink shakes etc. I only know of one (pot), but I'd rather not do it because it is illegal.

    I'm 115lbs, 5'3" 7% bodyfat....would really love to gain more weight.

    Don't max out the food volume in your stomach.

    Make sure you are using a prodigious amount of olive oil. Other oils are just as easy to get down imo. Find a good source of monos and go nuts with it. I could tell little difference between using 3T and 23T. So getting in cals that way would be nice.

    Find some carbs with a slightly greater than normal caloric density. Skip out on the super high fiber carbs that bloat. Basic pasta and rice are good ideas.

    Run adequate amounts of protein. More than that and you will likely achieve greater than desired satiety.

    Not a good idea without lots of research, but androgens in general tend to increase appetite.
