    My cutting Diet

    1) Protien Shake with 2 scoops whey and oats mixed together
    2) Same as 1 but with flax seed oil.
    3) Tuna, Brown Rice, Green Veggies
    4) 6 oz chicken, green veggies
    5) Tin of Tuna and Almonds, Veggies
    6) Protien shake with flaxseed oil.
    Tell me what ou think

    lots of Omega3 & 6, lots of protein,fiber, phyto's

    the breakfast is suspect but not if it's a copius quantity of oats

    What the hell is wrong with oats for breakfast?

    Food choices look fine, just make sure you're eating your target # of calories.

    Yeah it looks fine. Just make sure you're tracking your overall calories

    i believe its somewhere around 1700-1800 calories not sure.
