    How/what is a military press in rack

    You can tell I am beginner but what is a military press IN RACK , how is it done and in which machine if any

    It's a military press done in the squat rack. Allows you to start with the weight higher up is about it. That way you don't have to worry about getting it up to shoulder level to start.
