    I had never visited that site before...

    I haven't read it all yet, but what I saw looks very good.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    Ya; it's a great site. I just wish I had the patience to sit down and at least finish one article. I usually get half way through and end up doing something else on the internet.

    I have no attention span.
