I've decided that I won't allow my body fat to get out of control anymore. It'll always stay <12% for career and personal reasons.

My diet plans starting Oct 28/2001, are to bulk (at 1.5 lbs / week) for 8 weeks, then cut for 8 weeks (losing 1.25 lbs/week), and then do another cycle, which will put me at June 08/2002 for a total of 32 weeks.

If all goes to plan by that date, I should have packed on ~12lbs of muscle, and lost ~8lbs of fat, and weighing in at around
    180lbs @ 5-7% bf for summer.

I voted..."sticking to my diet." It's actually easier for me in the fall b/c I have to plan meals to bring to school and have to eat whenever I can between classes. Hockey also goes into full swing in the fall and that keeps me more active than usual...

Plus, I know that from Thanksgiving to New Year's there's going to be holiday goodies and I like to give myself a little slack to enjoy it. I like to lean down a bit before, indulge a little (esp when I go home) and then get right back to my usual diet after the festivities are over

I could give all to Time except - except
What I myself have held. But why declare
The things forbidden that while the Customs slept
I have crossed to Safety with? For I am There,
And what I would not part with I have kept.
