I lift Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Do HIIT Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Want to get down to around 200 by June 1st, any suggestions?

cut ur protein down to about 250... you only need around 1g/lb for cutting and even at 250 thats more than 1g/lb...
make sure ya take in 10-15g of glutamine to hold onto ur muscle so you dont burn it away while ur doing ur HIIT... on saturdays and sundays... add about 150g of low glycemic carbs.. like oatmeal and brown rice and sweet potatoes...
if you keep ur carbs that low for too long it will actually hinder your results and your body will think ur starving it without the carbs so you will burn muscle instead of fat... take the glutamine to hold onto the muscle and up the carbs on the weekends to give you some energy for the week and to change things up a bit..
you dont need the HIIT.. i would go with low intensity twice a week and HIIT once a week...BEFORE breakfast.. because thats when you burn the most fat seeing how you dont have any nutrients in you cuz you just digested everything you'll be running on empty...

I would have to disagree with little jake about doing cardio before breakfast unless your goal is to burn the most amount of muscle possible while doing it.
