Should i train my biceps directly even though they are really weak. LIke some of my friends who are smaller can lift more. Specifically speakin about the preacher curl, seems like i cant do as much as some other people but yet my biceps are bigger.
I heard that u shouldnt train arms directly until they are over 14 inch is that true.
Who told you that? Just train them hard like you would any other body part.

I think the rule of thumb is that until your arms are over 14" you should shovel down quarter pounders until they are.
But seriously, just train hard period. A well balanced routine with lots of eating will give you the best results. Take a look at WBB1 and you'll get a good idea.

I agree with HomeYield and drew. Bicpes don't need much work, they should start growing pretty quick. Just don't become a curl-jockey.
