Is this an ok b4 bed snack

    1/2 cup wheaties w/ 1 cup milk

    1 scoop whey(23g) w/ 1/2 cup milk

I am cutting so I was worried about the carbs in the cereal and milk... but I keep my carbs under 120 everyday, so you think that is an alright snack?

Ya why wouldn't it be? I don't know too much about wheaties but if there is a lot of sugar in them then maybe you want to switch it for another cereal.

12g of carbs is nothing. It's fine.

You need to get over your phobia of carbs, dude.

I just have so much trouble losing BF, ya know?

And I have noticed that the less carbs I eat, the more luck I have.
