Nuts, Beef Jerky, Protein Bars, dead babies, can of tuna, etc.

Cottage Cheese, can of salmon, avocado, sunflower seeds. Be careful about Beef Jerky very high in sodium
peppered jerky, teriyaki jerky, plain jerky, hot and spicy jerky, and did I mention jerky!?

Protein bars especially if your trying to gain Lean muscle mass, jerky is also good but i would be wary of the sodium (as deathwish said) can of tuna etc..

I eat raw almonds mixed with dried crannberries.
Also cottage cheese with pretty much anything for taste (i even tried it with Chana masala, tasted pretty good LOL)
