    i hate to be an ass but there have been many topics of this sort so i would run a search, but to answer ur question i like my CC mixed wit pineapples and some of the juice...makes it kinda sweet and rich....YUMMMY...

    I don't like it either, but I eat it anyway. Half a scoop of whey and 2 packets of Splenda make it taste much better

    CRHIS... JUST EAT yogurth. it also has the casein, but doesn't taste like #!@#^%#$@%$#@!.

    no need to eat cottage cheese.

    1 cup of cochee is like 30g's of protein

    how many cups of yougurt is that ?

    1 cup co-chee

    4 ice cubes

    1-2 cups water

    1-3 TEAspoons of organic jam

    deadly in a blender

    I'm sure you could do the above with applebutter
