Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I dunno, watch "The Hulk" or "Braveheart" or something. It sounds dumb, but that stuff gets me pumped.

I agree that a week off may be a good idea, I doubt its overtraining, that word gets thrown around too much.

How about some No Doz and Ephedrine HCL? Oh and some green tea. That will get you going. It sure does me.

Go to a gym with really hot chicks. Or just relax for a week.

This is not a reason to doubt that this is overtraining. As far as the OP goes, lack of interest and motivation is a symptom of overtraining. I would take a week or two off.

I'm not saying that it can't be overtraining, I just kind of doubt it. When I first started out I was definitely overtraining(too much lifting, not enough nutrition), I still had motivation to go, but had terrible workouts and did not feel well.

    maybe its the nutrition part...

i should start eating more often (cant eat very much lately eithor)
eat more veggies and carbs throughout the day. Green tea should help?

to add to this, i am taking zoloft (Anti depressant) but i havnt changed my dosage. maybe i should take a bit more and see what happens?

also taking synthroid. dosage has not changed with that eithor and im not about to play with the dosage on that one.

ill take the week off too, start reading muscle mags again and maybe watch arnolds movie

There's the problem {lol} Muscle mags are terrible sources of information...unless you are reading them solely for the entertainment value and inspiration. Definitely take the week off anyway and yes focus on nutrition and also rest. Make sure you are eating and sleeping enough as inadequate amounts of both will greatly hinder your gains in the gym.

    Good luck!
