i live in australia and am currently looking to lose some weight not alot but some to make myself look better.
I'm 6'4 and currently weigh 110 kgs. I was wanting to get some diet plans as to what I should eat and stuff.
I play basketball and walk as currently I have a ripped cruciate ligament but that is another story.
I know you have meals during the day but if we don't have time how and what do you have instead.
all help would be good.
