    Sports while bulking....

    I'm going to be participating in school sports (extra curricular activities for my resume to various universities), and I was wondeering if these will hinder my mass gains. Sports that i'll most likely be playing are badminton, track (short distance, mostly sprinting), and possibly soccer. I workout in the morning during one of my breaks, and sports usualy occur 4-5 hours later. Also, I'll only be doing one sport at a time, today was badminton, tomorrow will be track, and so on...

    Just be sure to eat extra cals to compensate for the ones you'll burn off and you'll be ok.

    The more exercise you perform, the more you need to eat in order to gain weight. But it can be done.
