I was wondering what you guys are eating before you go to bed. What are the best sources of slow absorbing protein? What works for you?

Height : 6'3"
Weight : 235 (up 10 lbs!!)
Bench : 315
Squat : 405
You can eat some cottage cheese, or mix some whey and milk/egg protein in some milk.

I prefer ice cream but when dieting for comp I usually I have a piece of flank steak or chicken before bed, some nights I make scrambled eggs instead.

2 scoops casein, 2 teaspoons flax oil
Right now I am about to consume two french bread pizzas, a few poptarts, a swig or two of whole milk, maybe a shake and whatever else I can find.
