    15 years old - seeking constructive criticism

    Ive played football for most of my life and really havent worked out in close too a year... see what you think, and if a diet were to be suggested i would appreciate it.

    Honest truth. I wouldn't drop anymore. Go up up up. You are already fairly lean, so just keep the diet clean. You will have a more lean physique if you have more muscle hehehe

    You walk around "casually" (as you picture describes), with your traps and neck in a hunch? :P Besides that, your looking pretty good.. but don't diet anymore.. get big!

    Yep, for 15yoa, I'd say looking really good. More unflexed pics of more than just your chest.
    Mahatma Gandhi, as you know, walked barefoot most of the time, which produced an impressive set of calluses on his feet. He also ate very little, which made him rather frail and with his odd diet, he suffered from bad breath. This made him a super-callused fragile mystic hexed by halitosis.

    I wish i looked like that when i was 15. I'd agree that you should bulk some, and then maybe cut in the future.
