Quick recipe for the morning...
3 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
1/2 cup of oats (or 1 cup)
Mix together into a batter and cook it like a pancake..
Low heat until it is sturdy enough to flip and do the same for the other size...
I also add 1 serving of vanilla protein powder for flavor and extra protein.
Depending on the type of oatmeal you use, it might taste bland without the cinnamon.
Sometimes I use a carb-watcher syrup...but not often.
Anyone else have any breakfast recipes?

I would try this but I'm trying to think of some kind of syrup substitute because pancakes without syrup just won't fly with me, I'd just rather eat oats and eggs. My best idea is maybe sprinkling splenda on top with some cool whip? Anyone else have any ideas. I haven't tried a sugar-free syrup yet, are there some good ones?
Muscle Chic recommended blending the combo up in a blender before cooking and it works like a charm that way.
