newbie question- bicep form
After bodybulding for some time. When you rest your hands to the side looking staight is the biceps supposed to face straight or inward. I see it varying with different people. What is the proper form?
Can you elaborate a little more, I'm not quite sure what you're asking.

If you start with your palms facing forward and curl the weight up (without twisting) you'll focus more on the bicep. If you start with your palms turned in toward your legs and twist the dumbell on the way up, you also work the brachialis. Both are proper form depending on what you want to target.
