My last meal of the day is basically;
4oz. steamed bass fillet (200 cals, 8g fat, 33.33g pro, 0g carbs)
1 cup vegetables (approx. 54 calories, 0g fat, 4g pro, 12g carbs)
254 cals, 8g fat, 37g pro, 12g carbs
i also add some fish oil and cottage cheese...
would i screw it up if instead of this meal, if needed, id have a bar/shake with the equivalent breakdown?
2scoops whey (220 cals, 50g pro)
1c milk (110 cals, 13g carbs)
340 cals, 50g pro, 13g carb (MORE OR LESS i know its diff but u get the idea)..
would this be a probleM?

the only thing i would see as an issue is possibly getting hungry in the middle of the night. whole foods, esp veggies, will help you feel fuller. i don't think substituting with a shake will make that big of difference in any other fashion.

so if i wanna go out one day and i cant eat, have a shake...same calories and its the same eh
